I believe it's the same as their old super unleaded - i.e. better than BP ultimate, but lower octane than optimax. My car (modded 02WRX, which was mapped on SUL) definitely runs just as well on it as it does on any other brand SUL, but not noticeably better.

Off topic a little I know, but....
Last week I stopped off at some services on the M3 and went in to the Texaco garage. I noticed they had unleaded, super unleaded and super unleaded plus
Couldn't see any indication of RON on the pumps. Any ideas what the Super unleaded plus is?

In Germany they have 91 RON unleaded, 95 RON 'super' and 98 RON 'super plus' (hence the sticker inside the fuel filler cap on UK/Euro spec cars which say 'super only'). Maybe what they're actually doing is selling a very low octane fuel for people who don't know any better?
