Question DE-CAT ANSWERS NEEDED!!! K9LCE WIGAN

Hi All - I need more power from my 94 260 WRX import. I would like to de-cat the centre section but am unsure if it would pass an MOT with it fitted? or should i de-cat the front? anybody know for defo? also which would be best? At the moment i have fitted a green filter and a after market backbox. ta WRXLEEP - Wigan.

I would have thought it is more likely to pass an MoT with the centre removed and the front left in place than the other way around...
