Angry Warm weather killing performance

Don't mean to be a kill joy, I love the warm weather, but really noticing the performance drop at the moment.
Anyone else experiencing this at the moment?
The car feels really boggy and restricted.

Role on winter!

not really noticing a performance drop but i know what you mean when its a bit cooler,
been on night shift all this week and every morning its been cool and misty ish and the car sounds a feels more grunty and wanting to pull all the time, loving it.

suppose its like haing the water spray on all the time.

heres a question, my old type R had the i/c auto on it, but on my Sti 8 UK i have to press it all the time when i want it which isnt that safe when your fumberling around for the button, why dont they have the auto one on like the JDM car?

I was told they weren't auto on the MY03 STi but once again I have filled it up, done some spirted track driving and its now empty. Did I press the button? NOPE did it leak out? I dont think so, so where has it dissapeared to?

I've noticed it too but thought it had more to do with having the aircon on when it's hot. Mine seems to be more sluggish with it on, paranoia or fair comment?

whatever you do dont mention water sprays or you'll have Pete in here making everyone laugh again

I do also notice a hit with Aircon, to be expected I guess the extra power needed to run the compressor has to come from somewhere. Doesn't give me to much of a prob with the saxo and fiesta boys though ;D

40 bhp loss in hot weather, water spray won't help. 20 bhp loss running aircon. Charge cooler ... have to be huge to make a difference, big front mount would resolve.
