Isn,t this the car used for the sideways record,set a few years ago,theres a pic of it in northampton tyres.....
Yes it was! sadly he was a bit of a crap driver and let the side down a bit
He only managed around two hours twenty minutes going side ways i would have doubled that easy

I seem to remember he was in second gear to start off with but car started to overheat,so had to change to third halfway through record attempt,and eventually ran out of fuel !!!
I think they still have the tyres used at Northampton tyres....
