Had a quick play with one of these, I've no idea how accurate they are but I suppose it's a bit of fun. You had to ensure it was level for it to work properly, which can be tricky to achieve.

If there the G-tech pro meters, there good, but its very hard to do the 0-60 and BHP testings, as you have to put in the weight each time and is very hard to set it. For normal road use its not very good, but on a private track etc...its fine, and for £30 odd quid you cant complain..

I have one of these, and as said very dificult or should that be awkward to set up! Ive often found myself measuring G's instead of 0-60. Ive never tried the BHP or 1/4 feature though. I suspect that if you tried measuring 1/4 on the strip youd probably get a poorer time due to you having to ease off for the pendulum!!

I think its supposed to be accurate to 0.01sec???

Ive had 0-60 in 5.45 and .3g's from my turbo.

the gtech only requires weight for the BHP.

HI
Got one of these - great fun - and providing you put the weight in corectly, reasonably accurate on BHP (we used it on a friends car before and after a remap) - it was within 2% of the rolling road figures on the before & after BHP!!!
Cheers
Steve
