Unhappy strange noise when braking. Help please???

When moving at ultra low speed, like when parking up, if i put the brake on and then release the pedal i hear this loud click coming from the rear passenger side calliper (i think). Thing is, if i do it when the car aint moving it wont make the noise, this makes diagnosis difficult. Any idea what this could be? i dont want a brake problem at high speed!!!! oh, its a 98UK turbo if that helps.

Could just be the shims need putting back into place. They can sometimes move if they have not been clipped in properly.
