Hey everyone,
I know this is a UK board (I'm in the US), but I'm always looking for other Subaru enthusiasts to hang with. Mind if I stick around?

Tall Paul, I'll get a right-handed dashboard when you get a 2.5L. Then your car'll be perfect too!
Actually, over here in the States, a lot of us wish we had the 2.0L with the forged pistons. Our 2.5Ls have cast pistons.
Some of the articles that were written up on the STi in the magazines when it was first released here (2004) were pretty funny. They all said, "America finally gets a better STi than anywhere else in the world!"
I've actually heard that the 2.0L is making well over 300hp, quite a difference from the 276hp that we've heard that everyone else in the world gets. Can anyone shine some light on what those 2.0Ls are really making?
