Is it a 2.5?
Euro has no tracker or cat 1 alarm fitted, no locking wheelnuts, has 3 year pan European warranty (???), you may be the 2nd owner, no AA breakdown I believe either. Not sure how quickly warranty issues are sorted. £300 pdi plates and valet. After dealer discounts and you add that lot back in, there is not that much between them really. Higher depreciation not much of an issue nowadays as it is euro import.
Some Euro 05 models are slightly different spec. Ie no DCCD, so check that.

daz gives pretty much the best reply to you but I would wait and see what the price difference is. I have the Euro version of the UK300 and I paid £18900 with PPP, STi rear spoiler Sti bucket seats and DIN SatNav. Official UK list of that car was £21495 and you can add a grand for the spoiler and satnav and put up with the WRX style seats
