Default I NEED HELP!!!

hello everyone, i need some help and advice!!!
ive got a 94 wrx and after fitting a new clutch, decat and front mount, i couldnt believe the difference in the way the car drove,, so i wrongly decided to let a friend have a go.. he was gone for ages.. i then started to panic.. lots... then the phone rang... he mumbled the words REAR DIFF then hung up,, yes you guessed it... dropped the clutch at 5000 rpm and....... BANG !!!!! he left the internals of the rear diff on the tarmac!!! not happy!! Does anyone have one forsale?????????

Well in that case...... it's not too hard to change a rear diff.... if you remove the rear section of exhaust, it can be done (just) without disconnecting the suspension.... bit tight though!
