As title, against a New Shape VW Passat TDI Sport. Do you guys think this is a fair price/what should i expect. Im afraid she's going the journey due to some recently aquired points on my licence and the now increased insurance costs. Done by a MERCEDES cop car AGAIN!!! Mercs Love me.
I am planning on returning to Scoob ownership in the future once some of the points come off the licence and iv'e had a look at the all new model in 2007.

Hi Sandy,

I would say that you've been offered a fair price. A couple of mates have chopped in there WRX's. One had a 2002 and got 11K and the other got 13K for a 53 plate, both were at the start of this year.

I got 11500 for my y reg 2001 wrx bug eye in nov 2004,mind u that was aganist a 53 plate sti at my local dealer,what about the sport impreza to save on insurance?

I don't know what you paid for the Scooby but surely what you're going to loose exchanging (depreciation on scooby and passat as soon as you drive it of the forecourt) is going to be thousands more than a couple of years increased premiums?
