Just had call from dealer saying my new subaru wrx swrt special edition (import) is ready to pick up on wednesday 27/7 cannot wait
.
been having sleepless nights waiting (how sad is that!!!!!!!!)
but hope the wait and lack of sleep is worth it????

lol. i was the same before collection of my car back in March. Still puts a smile on my face when driving it now.

Picked mine up on fri morning and had a wonderful 2hr drive back home down the M62,M56,M53!Done nearly 300 miles in total.Bit frustrating not being able to take it over 4k at the moment!!
I was up at 5.15am to catch trains to Hull,got there at 11am,was driving home at 11.45
Excellent service from Allbrandsnew.
Regarding the sat/nav,it doesnt come with the Vdo one now(something to do with the map discs not coming with it),but we struck a deal regarding a TomTom,which i'm more than happy with,plus it also keeps the kids happy letting them take turns holding it when we're out in the car!
Plus with the right maps i can take it on holiday with me when i go to Canada and New York in August.
Does anyone know how to get the stickers/transfers off the sunvisors as it looks a bit **** with them on ?

The key flashes as part of the imobiliser stuff, there is no alarm you have to get that fitted yourself, mind you dont know about the lights flashing ???

the indicator lights flash when i lock the doors.

JUST TRIED that with the door but when u lock the door with the key fob its double locks the door so cant open them from the inside.
