I would get the pads looked at first before getting new disc's, also 800 miles, is this since new. If so and its under a year you would have warranty.
Now before yahs all go off half cocked, i had the same prob's with my new 6 pots from new. After a couple hundred miles, and i had thought they had been bedded in, i got the same judder, and i also got the same reply its your disc's, but on checking it was NOT the disc's but the pads had worn unevenly. Got back onto supplier and a replacement set of pads sent, Brake judder gone.
So first get the disc's checked, then get the pads checked.
Did u get braided hoses for the brakes?
Anyway my few pennys worth!

Seeing as they are prettymuch the best brakes/discs you can get, i seriously doubt they're warped.... more than likely pad deposits due to too much light use.... once you've checked that everything's in order, try doing some high speed stopps one after the other.... that may get rid of any deposits.....

I would say that sounds like pad deposits to me. Been there myself.
Those kinda brakes are made to be used hard and then off them, none of this slow stopping and light pedal work with brakes like that. The only way is like Ron suggests.
Get somewhere straight and safe and get some heavy braking done from fast speeds.
But dont brake to standstill. And if you do use them hard anyway, dont ever sit with your foot on the brake pedal after a heavy brake. This is what also causes the pad deposits. As TSL said to me about my StopTech kit, on and off! No ***** footing about

How did you bed your disc/pads in? did you take it easy for the first couple of hundred miles or did you just give it some stick? 
Also, when at lights/stopped, do you keep your foot on the brake?
Really to see if you have warped the brakes, your driving style has to be understood, if you sit on your brakes at lights etc, all your doing is putting heat into the discs, especially if you have been doing some spirited driving which isnt uncommon on scoobs
Also the bedding in procedure, if you didnt do it correctly, it takes much longer to bed the pads and brakes in, plus you have the chance to glaze over your pads which means that they feel a bit wooden and not as much bite as they should have, but most of the time, if you have warped your discs, its down to incorrect running in/foot on brake after fast driving.

bedded in brakes for about 400 miles then did some semi high speeds with brakeing over next 200 miles ,not to a stand still ,and dont put brakes on at lights,dont even put handbrake on for half hour when i get home from a run..

front wheels were finger tight :0 when the 6 pots went on only had 1mm between wheel and caliper so put on some spacers of 3 mm these are a bit soft i think will have some hard ones made up was worried about wheel flex on corners and wheel touching the caliper have torqued them to ft (******* tight ) now everything is ok but will have wheels re balanced just as precaution..thanks for all advise guys great way of knowing alot about the scoob with all the knowledge on here long live scoobynet

yup,
The pads were not cut properly, were replaced and the new pads fit like a glove, and judder was gone. Then bedded them in like above, and no problems since.
Have over 4k on now and they feel so much better.
