its tricky mate, they only just fit....you need to remove the rear seats....2bolts in the footwell then once removed its another 4 bolts i think to remove the top section...
then you can see the top of the rear struts......remove the top cups from both sides and then basically try and wiggle the two ends of the strut bar through the holes near the top of the strut.
once youve go both of them through their corresponding openings then you can fix then bar to them. dont tighten up the pink parts until youve connected the bar though.
Hope that helps...

yeah i have one on my car....as well as the front bar too (do you have that?)
the strut bars are one of those items that you only notice if you take it back off again! I guess it cant do any harm....ive only been on track once with it on, it may make the car more prone to snap round? not sure though (im just making excuses for spinning on the first corner )

do you have standard springs? if so i would recommend at least a set of eibach prokit springs and the front strutbar.
slicks would be sweet

no, dont touch the dump valve, leave it as standard, it is the best one for the car
i still have the standard one and my car is running 1.45bar
if you put a BOV on the car it will cause it to overfuel a bit and is not good for the car.
