sump plug washer
doing an oil change today and i forgot to buy a sump plug washer, no chance of getting one till monday...
however, is there any other sump plug waser i could use... i.e maybe a nissan one etc...

I've never bought a new sump plug washer yet and have never had a problem, although I would agree it's best practice to renew it.
(These days the sump plug is a permanent fixture as it is machined to take an oil temp. sender, and I remove that for oil changes.)

Fooooookin' hell - your Engine is in dire danger of a piston saying bye-bye to the con-rod
Get it into the dealer STRAIGHT away!! At the very least you will need a re-map, a new MAF, the syncro on 5th gear will need re-aligning and the Oil will need flushing through with £10 a litre Oil at least 15 times!!
What were you thinking?? Please say you did the Subaru Morris Dance around the car and allowed your filter to soak overnight in an airtight cupboard, please say you did ................
Use the same washer if there is one, nowt is going to happen - fit a new one in 6 months time and sleep easy!

You can use any kind of sump washer as long as its the right size...plastic (ford) or copper washers. I use the latter as I have a box of them on the shelf that I want to get rid of (at this rate it'll take another 4 years 
). You can re-use the old one a few times if your stuck, doesn't really matter too much, may give the odd very small drip. There have been times when I've forgot to put one on.
Of course, you realise that using non-genuine sump plug washers will cause your wheels to fall off
