Default hi guys im new here and

i need some help already ....im in mid flow of joining the scooby side from the cossie side ...im thinking of swaping my cossie for a 96 sti v3 lightweight import is this a good one (i have absolutly no idea) been a ford boy all my life ...im having trouble getting insuance who do u guys use and wat do i need to look out for wen buying ....last thing it has been in the uk for 12 months how and who do i use to hpi it ....thanks for ya help in advance

Hi mate, Welcome on Board. I ran a Version 3 STi for a couple of years and loved it - never had any major problems.

However, it would appear that you are better off keeping the OEM airbox - I changed back to one after buying car with a Blitz SUS and never had any probs. It would appear aftermarket filters can knacker the MAF.

What cossie are you coming out of - 4 x 4 or RWD?
