IM won't be too far behind 
If I were them, I would bypass the USA importer and go straight to Japan - why speak to the monkey when you really need to speak to the organ grinder (FHI)
They may be bending the rules slightly, but c'mon, common sense should prevail in this case!!!!
Seems lke the motor industry is really upsetting the USA at the moment (F1 & this!!)
