STI Front Lip Spoiler
Does anyone know where to buy a replica STI front lip spoiler? My dealer's quoting £600 notes fitted and colour coded. Seems damn expensive for a piece of plastic with a lick of paint, or maybe it's made from carbon fibre and sprayed satin back!?
Cheers

His Carbon Fibre one may cost twice as much as the GRP version, but its gonna last about 20 times longer...trust me,I've twatted mine on more than one occasion.
and even your average Orangotang Minus type person will have it fitted in under 20 minutes,no drilling,no jacking and no bonding,it will fit perfectly

There's a 'V Limited' lip available.
See this for details... http://www.stiracing.com/product.php?cat_id=2&id=287
When I bought my lip from Scott, he told me the WRX lip had bolt holes for the 4 door and 5 door bumpers... which are different. My lip bolted up without a problem on the Wagon, and all the holes matched perfectly.
Not sure about the STi one though.
J.
PS. Anders WR1.... Scott makes 2 types. One for the WRX and one for the WRX Sti and both are different. I'm pretty sure the STi one is designed to be fitted with the side splitters in situ.

the sti one fits with the side splitters, and for added strength id suggest u follow the instructions and drill the 2 additional holes, its only into the plastic so a small battery drill at slow speed does the job perfectly,

You done any suspension mods on yours? I'm thinking of fitting a 22mm rear Whiteline ARB. Seems the like STI's already have steel droplinks, so probably not worth forking out for the Whiteline alloy links.

Just resurrecting an old thread here fellows, but I'm considering one of these lips for my my05 WRX. Does the standard WRX one just bolt onto existing holes, no drilling required?
I'm 100% scared senseless by personally drilling holes in my car, but just fitting some bolts is within my reach I think.
