Fancy a free photoshoot of your car?
Folks,
I'm putting together a buying guide on the Impreza for Auto Express and I need a nice example of the pre-bug eye (up to 2000) WRX saloon, which needs to be in standard trim. Options can be fitted but modified cars can’t be used. Black or white are no good and silver isn't going to look too good either, as the car is photographed on a white background in artificial light. Green, blue or red would be fine though. There will only be studio photography of the car, so there will be no dynamic shots taken at all.
If you think you might be able to help, could you drop me a line please, direct to my email address (subaru@richarddredge.com) – attaching photos if you want to. In return for the use of your car (which nobody but you will drive), you'll get your costs paid, a set of the pictures (a studio shoot costs over £400) and your car in the UK's biggest selling weekly car mag.
You'll need to be able to give up a day to take your car to the National Motor Museum in Beaulieu (Hampshire), but Tom Wood, the photographer there, does work Monday to Saturday. It would obviously be best for us to get someone reasonably close to Hants so we don’t have to fork out a fortune in costs and so you can be there at a reasonable time.
Regards,
Richard Dredge
