Left my car in a hotel car park overnight (FA CUP FINAL TRIP), got up after a heavy night and went down put my bags in the boot and started crying!

Got a long scratch/burn/abrasion on my bumper in two places (rear). Don't really know how it happened as it is a well weird mark. About 10cm long 0.5cm wide and it has gone down to the black plastic.

Any ideas on how to patch it up as cheap as poss?
Or does it need a whole rub down /prime and respray??
