Some **** in a repmobile just flicked a bloomin' great nut and bolt up straight into the windscreen on M2. Not sure how it missed the scoop as landed just above wipers (typical! by about 1/2 a cm).
Then about 10 secs later came the creaking sound as a line grew out of LITTLE CHIP down below the rubber, and up past the 'road angel' tm, turning left across dashboard towards passenger side.

Now thats a right smegger!
Anyone know how much a new windscreen is for MY52 blobeye sti? 'Cos this is beyond repair me thinks...
...could use insurance but don't want to stuff premiums up no claims etc. etc.
Oh, and i wrote them a really sarcastic letter last week too saying they were crap and stuff that i wish perhaps i hadn't now... hmmm Nah , actually i felt great telling them what i really thought hah hah for me!!
It's not heated or anything like that but i would like my tax disc holder saved lol!

Usually, windscreen claims don't affect NCB, so go for it. Prob be £50 excess - much better than a couple of hundred for full price.
