Clicking under chassis? What is this?

Clicking under chassis? What is this?
Whilst driving, a passenger sat in the rear seat behind the drivers says he can feel a clicking vibration under his feet every so often. Is this the AWD system clicking in?

seriously though, it's probably just the seat frame/structure of the drivers seat moving around. mine clicks and moves like a b'stard!

To be honest I've never heard the noise, it was just a passenger sat behind the seat. The only sound I hear is the the engine and the turbo whistle as I pick off another car.
