Default Warrington Area. Watch out for yellow 300zx (red wheels)

My 10-year lad went round to his friends this afternoon to play footy, if you know the area near the Duck Pond not far from Bishop Dale. On their way back to his friends house, they saw a yellow 300ZX (red wheels I think) parked up on the road. It moved into the middle of the road did a massive burn-out tyres smoking, snaking down the road. Then did a handbrake turn shot back towards them, very fast. Just as it passed my lads group (also shouting obscenities at them!), a collie dog ran across the road and they hit it. The dog was flung into the air, they just carried on. The dog was left in agony on the road with it's legs shattered, as they went over it stopped. A bloke came out and told them it had died.

My son is really shook up over it and doesn't want to go out again at the moment. Sure I saw this at Great Sankey forum carpark on the Saturday so beware if you come across this plank while your out and about.

Correct me if I'm wrong, isn't it a legal requirement to notify the police if a dog is knocked down?

i dont think it is a no longer a legal requirment to stop and notify the owner if a dog is knocked down as i do not beleive dogs are no longer allowed out unoccupinied so one law canceled the other.

still a knobber driving like that on the street and any decent person would stop regardless.

you need to contact the police and give a description of his action. Your son and his friends will be able to get this ***** on dangerous driving at least. If your son is scared to go and and such the judge could even ban his ***.
There will be a mark on the car from the dog so do it quick before he get it fixed.. I see him I'm gonna knock him out.
I cant stand people with no respect

That's just shocking - defo report it to the police. That pr1ck should in no way be behind the wheel of a car - under it would better!!!

Apparently, the Police were contacted last night by some of the locals, as he came back later on that evening! Unbelievable! They had reported it as a kit car 8D , put them right on that, so should get spotted by the police sooner rather than later. Absolutley positive I saw it at the Sankey Forum Car Park between 11 and 12 on Saturday, have to see if they've got CCTV?

Don't think I'll hear anything else but if i do i'll post any updates.

cheers

Disgraceful behaviour - but looks like the boys at 300zx have come up trumps

Keep us posted
