Default New Impreza

From an offically, unoffical spokesman, I have good news, the following statement has been issued:-

"The MY07 Impreza has finally been signed off by Fuji Heavy Metal Industries. In a all out effort to compete on equal terms on performanace with the forthcoming Mitsubishi Evo XII, Subary have patented some radical design and techonlogical breakthroughs. The major change in the MY07 Impreza is the extensive use of a technology only previously seen on Trabants. Subaru believe the use of Paper Mache will save enough weight in the forthcoming model to enable then to continue to use the 'power Maxed' four cylinder Boxer engine, a definative statement of subaru design.

One consequence of this decision is the confusing model designtions. The Entry performance model will become known as the Subaru Impreza WRX PPP (Paper Products Production), and the enhanced model will be the Subaru Impreza PPP PPP (Prodrive derivative, although new legislation has increased the size of the catalytic converter, which due to the added weight means no increase in performance, although you will be charged a heafty premium on your insurance).

The flagship performance model will now become known as the Subaru Impreza WRX Sti PPP. Or for the officially modified version subaru Impreza WRX Sti PPP PPP. Except in the UK where emissions regulations mean the car is capped at ---- 265.5bhp-- a major breakthrough in terms of official UK vehicles. UK Vehicles will be badged as Subaru Impreza WRX Sti PPP PPP Type UK CANDAVERICHARDSHAVEACUTPLEASE.

A Spec C Version will be launched (C standing for Cardboard, from which the entire car will be made in an all out attempt to save weight) Although there are no electric windows, sunroof, air conditioning, carpets or glass, the Spec C will weigh exactly the same as an standard STi (slightly more than a WRX) due to the overcomplicated and weighty differentials.
