First track day yesterday - awesome
I went to my first trackday yesterday at Hullavington airfield (J17 of M4).
It was very very good and I highly recommend it!
I was a bit worried about wear and tear on car but it performed very well indeed, and could out accelerate most other cars on the straight, and was very good through some of the corners (not so good on the hair-pin - too much understeer).
One tank of petrol lasted about 35 laps = 90miles!
Will post some pictures soon.

I love hullavington, you can really push the car.
The only time I ever spun the scooby was there, trying to do a 80mph flik-flak through the chicane after the long hairpin straight and left hander.

I had a chance to go to this but I didn't think the 1.4 diesel Focus hire car would hack it

I loved that chicane after the left turn,- felt like I could push it more and more and the car just got quicker and quicker but still managed to hold on.
