however, there was a WRX available with an RSR brake kit (I test drove it), but this does look like a Porsche ripoff!!!

Its MY98 too not a MY99 as the coil pack in the middle and not offset to side and the dump valve isnt mounted on the intercooler.

A: This is a completely reliable and tractable car,I commute 61 miles a day in this car(and at my age you dont like to drive around in an old dog)It pulls hard and clean from 2800 revs, the vf 34 supplies boost untill the rev limit is reached, and still returns an AVERAGE of 24.7mpg ,this engine was built to handle a FMIC,equal length headers and 400 bhp! It is well under par at the moment.I garantee you will not be disapointed! KEVIN.
24.7 mpg? thats running lean at that surely? he should be getting a max of 18mpg out of that spec engine.

I saw this the other day and didnt post on here thinking i might look like a muppet asking the question lol. Phew, so i was not just thinking

I myself have a version 5 wagon and love it the way it is, no need for them graphics although them wheels do look different. So i can say that I have now seen them wheels in gold silver, black and red

His grasp of English leaves a lot to be desired.

Look at the Q and A section.

Innit!

to be honest i find that 24 mpg well unrealistic ive a wagon with an apparent 304 bhp ( considerably less then he claims ) and when i floor it as he claimed he done delivers less then 15 mpg what makes his so special that he runs more power then me and more economy? even when i drive at 60 mph i dont even get that mpg

I was told anything above 18 - 19mpg on a scoob and its likely to be running lean, which can cause the pistons to melt? im just quoting what someone told me at the clinic (the scooby variety not the applause type )
