Agree with u on the untaxed/tested cars...wouldnt it be great if they had the ability/resources to take it immediately to a test station, get it tested and demand tax payment or the car gets scrapped immediately.

 

Must've been terrible spending five minutes with the old bill checking your car wasn't nicked.

If they were polite, there's no reason to get annoyed. If the Impreza gets as much of a reputation for attracting the attention of the police as they do the scum and chavs then perhaps, these undesirables will turn their attention to another kind of car!

Left work this morning at 5 a.m
going round the big roundabout at the end of lower bristol road in bath
and coming my way was 2 plod cars, one decided to follow me all the way to midford even turned my way to trowbridge.
That is till i hit the 60 mph sign!!!
i floored it right up to 60 of coarse!!
never saw them for dust after that

 

And they had the cheak to pull you over for that pea shooter lol

 

bet it was the tints that did it...
were you wearing your burberry/g-unit baseball cap?

 

Is there a version of that exhaust which means only good looking WPCs pull me over?

I expect British Gas had reported a theft of one of their main gas pipes and when they (Police) saw the size of your exhaust pipe, they thought they'd better give you a "tug" to see what it was made from

 

So, BuRR, your exhaust is within noise limits and your tints are legal, yes? Just wondering...
