Might Join You Guys...
Hello, I'm a newbie to this site. Looks good though
Reason for not being here before is because i'm thinking of leaving the world of Ford, and joining you good fellows. But as i know almost nothing about Scoobies i'm looking for your advice. The question is - what Impreza do I go for?
Would look to spend around £10k ish (but maybe more if necessary) and I like the look of the T plate ones. Work would be paying for the car anyway (which is always good) but then it needs to be reliable. So what do you think?
I do fancy a RB5 - are these any good or should I go for something else?
Thanks in advance
Jamie

if work are paying for car does it have to be reasonable mpg??? also do u have to get a uk or could u get an import????
do u do a lot of miles......
if u can get a jap import , for that sort of money i would recommend a sti type r which is probably the quickest production subaru in standard spec... great handling and acceleration.

Cheers for the advice guys. My broadband is down until tomorrow, so using dial up at the mo - complete nightmare. So will get into looking harder around the net and here tomorrow.
I get an allowance from work and can have any car - as long as it can take 3 other peeps sometimes. I work for a construction firm so sometimes have to travel maybe 100 miles a day but for the next 18 months I'll be doing about 10 miles a day. Doesn't have to be good on mileage particularly, as I get mileage paid aswell but I make more £££ out of it if I can - but then again I'd be looking at diesels if that was an issue.
Been told to stick with UK spec cars - is this right?
