HPI query
Ran a HPI check on a car and it said the V5 issue date does not correspond with date from the DVLA! 
Spoke to the owner who double checked it on the logbook and date is correct.
Car has a private plate - could this be the cause of the confusion??
Can't ring HPI until tomorrow now - should I be concerned? Everything else checked out okay
Car is owned by a fellow scoobynetter

I just part exed a 3 year old car with a main dealer, when he hpi'ed it, it came back as all clear with no finance outstanding, he was a little shocked to say the least, when i told him i still owed the finance company £4000 on it!!!!!
