The End of my scooby experience
Well ive had my MY00 impreza saloon 2 years now and have done a deal on a new car and my scooby is being part exchanged. Ive bought a 53 plate Golf R32 in Deep Blue Pearl, low mileage, nice example and will be picking it up this week.
Was looking for a 4WD car which was more comfortable, solid, safer and quieter than my scooby, but still wanted to keep some power or i would miss it. The golf fit the bill. There aint no R32's round my area and i have got sick of seeing scoobys everywhere i go. in the last year the amount of scoobys in my local area has gone through the roof.
All in all ive enjoyed my scooby, absolutley a great car. I would have bought a new STi but with the PPP on it was going to cost me 28K which is a little steep for me.
so ive opted for the R32 and will see how that treats me. if it doesnt satisfy me over the next couple of years then i might be tempted to go back to a scooby.
so thanks to all you lot a scoobynet and to all who have offered thier advice and guidance over the last 2 years.
All the best
cheers
Zen

enjoy your golf mate, good solid car, (still i bet the first scooby rumble you hear will bring a tear to your eye), how much are you asking for your prodrive ecu mate?
enjoy your new car
