Default Replica STI 8 bits

Hi i am new!!! i have had my first subaru wrx MY04 for 5 months and to be honest i am getting bored of it. It is completely standard and i think it is time for some treatment. First of all i am looking at fitting a PPP kit but dont want to spend 1600 notes if i am not going to be happy! also i want to make it look more like an sti does anyone have any idea where i can source the front and rear splitter the ones with the corner fins like the sti or is it a completely different bumper? and also a set of sti skirts. I have already seen a spoiler that i like so dont need any info on them!

Thanks guys
Ross

google & ebay will help. company called scott lowe that sells all sorts of splitters. Also try the usual places like scoobyworld, tsl etc to help you choose some subtle bodykits. Alternatively have a look at japkits.com to view some manic and wild japstyle kits.

You can get the corner "aero" extensions from Subaru for about £160, IIRC they come pre-painted but are a bit tricky to fit requiring a small slot cutting into the WRX bumper. The fog covers are about £60 and come painted and decal'd. I think the sills are the expensive bit and it may be worth looking at aftermarket ones by the likes of DRM and MRO. The scoop is about £120 and will need spraying, or you could get a carbon one from Scott Lowe and either leave carbon or spray. Scott also does well priced STi style front splitters for either WRX or STi (you'll need STi if you add the aero bits). Remember to tell your insurance company if you make your car look like an STi, as they'll want to charge you more than an STi to insure it

I reckon it will be cheaper to get ppp fitted than do the cosmetics your talking about. Get ppp then when you get bored of that get the skirts etc.

Save time and effort - trade it in against an STI.
You should get a pretty goo deal and a far better car at the end of it.
That's my view anyway!
