Cost of Scooby Ownership in 2004?
just worked out how much i spent on keeping the scooby(s) on the road in 2004...
STi6: (jan - aug)
£400 alarm/imob
£1500 towards cost of engine rebuild no.1
£650 remap
£1500 new wheels and tyres
£1000 MODS: oil cooler, dump valve, sillplates, splash guards
£150 wheel bearing
£400 discs and pads
£5000 2.5 litre conversion, turbo etc.
£500 servicing
STi3: (oct - dec)
£3000 rebuild (lost 3k on sale of car)
WRX RA (dec - )
£2000 MODS
TOTAL for 2004: £16,100
although i did sell the sti6 for 2k more then i bought it for
anyone else?...
