Seen this on E-bay

Read the text, guy reckons it cost £40,000 new

I may be wrong but I don't ever remember seeing a scoob that cost 40k

22bs AFAIK were around the £40k and above. And that isnt no 22b!

I may be wrong but I don't ever remember seeing a scoob that cost 40k
The 22B was £40k when brand new and the WR1 that was on Auto Trader a couple of months ago was £40k.

It has a sunroof and leather seats? That sounds like a WRX SL not an STI. Unless it was some special order?

It looks like a sti bugeye that has been modified, FMIC bigger turbo seats re-trimmed. he may of spent 40k buying the car and modifying it.

UK 22Bs were 40k new if you were lucky,

Jap 22B sold for 45-50k depending on exchange rate at the time.

Wasnt the Bug Sti PPP around 29-30k though... they dropped in price on the Blob... so with extras and leathe maybe it pushed 35k new... just a thought... I know lots of people got stung with bugeye Sti's as hey werer very expensive!
the they brought out the same car with blobs for 25k...
