Which colour Forester?
We've decided to buy a Forester 2.5 XT but can't quite work out which colour to go for. It's been narrowed down to Silver, Crystal Grey or black.
Which would you go for? The colours are on here;

I have black and it's a complete biatch to keep clean.
Crystal grey or the red looks better in the metal than on the website.

Crystal or Black would get my vote.
If all goes according to plan tomorrow, I will be getting a Black Leagacy Spec B Saloon. I didn't want to go down the silver route as "everyone" has silver.

Strange when I was looking for a Forester, most of the dealers had silver or green!! There were a surpising amount of autos as well (which was what we were looking for)
I wanted black, but my wife preferred silver. Luckily for me the best deal we could find was on a black one!!
I think in the Forester world a black car, is like a silver one in the Impreza world!!

Ive had a black one since november and well happy the 2.5 engine is a peach and gets better as the miles add on,if and when they put it in a uk impreza I might trade our classic in.The forester is a great all round vehicle and a joy to drive ,the comfort and power delivery is on a par with much dearer motors.Regards

Unlike the Imprezas I've had, I'm not really intending to keep the Forester for too long, so I decided to be sensible about the Forester spec, and have taken residual values etc into account.
Having spoken to a few people in the trade, and the advice I've received is that colours like silver and champagne are much easier to sell. So, as I can't stand the champagne, I've gone for the silver.
I can't say it's my favourite, but if it helps in the long term, then it's probably a wise choice.

Crystal grey. It's caused so many discussions about what colour it is, and it seems to change depending on the weather . Of course, down here on the Sarf Coast we get so much sun it looks gold most of the time
