Ibought this last week off a fellow scoobynet member,and im not quite sure on the exact model,looks the same as an sti 7 to me except the roof vent,are these any different?

Looks like an ST7 with a load of crap all over it. Have you looked at the log book. I don't believe that anyone could buy a car and not know what it is

 

Agreed - looks like a Japanese import MY01 STI type RA.

 

after reading a link posted the other day i think it could be a sti7-ra. a lightwaight version ready for rally conversion

thanks for that,looks like its an RA version then,as for looking at the logbook,on jap imports you only get a very brief description of the vehicle,mine says it is a blue subaru,petrol with 4 doors,i was just trying to find out the specifics as im new to the subaru thing
