Default UK300..............?

Hi all, done much thinking over last few weeks about my next car and pretty much decided that I will change my modded UKMY96 turbo wagon for a UK300 but I can't understand why they are soooo bloody expensive from main dealer compared to a std wrx of same year/mileage etc etc.

Looking on Subaru uk site today and they seem to range from 14.5-17k although most car -price-guide sites list them at between 11-12.5k.

I understand that they have the ppp and 18" oz alloys and suede interior and all that but cannot understand why I could pick one up for less than 13k privately.

Anyone on here purchased such model and if so, can you offer me any more advice when I start my search, and did u buy from dealer or private, OR, are you in the market to sell in next 6 months.........?

Thanx

Skoosh.

Cheers matey, not spied that one on my autotrader trawl today, there are a couple for around that price although I am a little uneasy about the " 1 company owner" and unspecified mileage.

Probably gonna look around August time when I receive my lucrative shares payout.

Cool

Skoosh, don't do it! There's already too many Uk300 in S-o-T!

It's terrible driving round in a limited edition car and seeing lots of UK300's!

Regards,

Ian

Ian, if you are in Stoke, are you coming to our meet on 6th Feb...?

Did you buy it from Subaru in Newcastle recently?

I can't say that I've seen any UK300's around here.

I assume that you are happy with the car?

Si.

HI Skoosh,

I've nearly had it 3 years, so yes I'm happy! There was another UK300 in my street (swopped for a WR1 in Aug) and there is still another UK300 2 streets away!

I've recently taken the PPP off mine. (Ecutek rules ;-) )

There was a fairly badly treated UK300 in Holdcrofts some months ago. I can probably find out the no. if you want one to avoid!

I'll try to get along on the 6th.

Feel free to ask any Uk300 questions!

Regards,

Ian

Hi all, to those who sent me pm's, many thanx indeed.

Unfortunately I won't be in a position to buy until at least August due to other commitments, they all sound like superb motors though and I wish you luck in your respective sales.

I'll defo buy one this year though, who knows, you may even keep yours until then and we can talk again.

Many thanx.

Skoosh ( si ).
