How much would it cost to have one fitted?

Do you mean a CAT1 alarm/immobiliser or just the CAT2 immobiliser?

A CAT 2 immobiliser should cost less than £100 fitted and I believe you can pick up a reasonable CAT1 alarm/immobiliser for £200-£250 fitted.

CAT 1's are Alarms COMBINED with immobilsers

CAT 2 are immobilsers ONLY

Both are insurance approved as long as you have the installation certificates.

Fitting cost depends if you want it scotched locked or soldered

What's soldering, you mean they don't "twist and tape" anymore.
