The Scoob99 account is under a different email address to the scooby664 account.
The two email accounts are very similar, but we are not allowed to tell you exactly what it is.
If you can remember what the email address is, you will be able to request your password using the normal method.

Chris, sorry, it comes and goes, I have scoobynet set as my first page to come up when I click on the Internet Explorer symbol, as i said I could click on it and come on as Scoob99 or it comes on as scooby664 other than that not sure what else to do.

Please read this carefully and follow the instructions I give you carefully and all this will be solved.
1) While you are logged in to your Scoob99 account, click "User CP" which is near the top of each page on scoobynet on the left hand side.
2) Click "Edit Email & Password" on the left hand side.
3) DO NOT change anything, but remember the email address which it will now show you. This is the email address your Scoob99 account is stored under.
4) Next time you end up as Scooby664, click the "Log out" link near the top of each page on scoobynet on the right hand side.
5) Request your password for your Scoob99 account using the email address remembered from step 3
6) Use the login fields that appear above this "log out" link, to enter the details of your Scoob99 username.
If then at some future time you are automatically logged in as Scooby664, simply log out and enter your Scoob99 details again.
