Group Captain Smudger

There's a hill close to where I live that has a Gatso on each side. There are distance markers on the three lanes each side. On walking past the camera facing uphill I noticed that it is pointing directly in line with the pavement. So in this position is the camera still able to cover all three or any of the lanes? If so the camera must have the ***** of all wide angle lenses.

It's to catch those strange "joggers" They deserve to be fined for smelling of BO as they stagger past.
