Anyone got a copy of a form they've submitted?
Got a '95 wagon coming in and after information for the form.

If youve got the translation of the Cert. of De-Reg Id have a look at the registered date; if its within the first few months Id be tempted to wait and register with an MOT.

It's July 95 so a 7 month wait. I've done an SVA on a SURF before and it was a reet pain in the ****...........

The cubic capacity is 1994cc; the other questions Im struggling with. I always used a prep firm in the SE for my disabled loophole SVA's. I thought I had all of this written down but I cant find it; sorry. I was just about to fill in an SVA application form for a '95 'Wagon too but I may take my own advice as it was registered in March 1995.
