coming round a roundabout in MK last night, 3rd exit, plod had to brake hard coming out of 2nd exit as i was in a rush ... and i have a main-beam bulb go yesterday ... and i didn't indicate. Plod not happy and tells me i'm lucky not to get a fixed-penalty for the speed and lack of indication.

neither remarked on the tints or the garage-door-opener

it's now a crime to take roundabouts fast in MK? There goes my licence.
No-one does roundabouts correctly in that city, I guess they're just fed up of them. Everyone enters from theleft hand lane regardless of their intended exit and takes them as fast as their car's grip will allow.
It's the only way to get anywhere in a sensible time.
Agree with plod on the headlight though. That really does my head in, especially those stupid cars with the indicator on the inside of the headlight.
I nearly had an accident when the motorbike signalling left turned out to be a Pug 206 with a broken light turning right

There are plenty here matey.

They don't like people nipping across the roundabouts. They pulled me twice when I had the P1.

However, their favourite trick at the mo is parking near the roundabouts surrounding the shopping centre, and pointing their on board speed gear at people leaving the centre. That way they don't even have to get out of the car.
