Angry Appauling Service

If a phone call to Subaru to organise a test drive ends up with me being told I live in the wrong area, then another phone call from Subaru in error, again wasting my time would this make you buy a Subaru!!???

Fantastic cars, appauling customer service!

Thats what winning a jd powers survey does!!

they rest on there laurels,, think there suddenly an "elite" motor manufacturer

cue rebranding.. out of town dealerships, massive labour costs...

and **** me they loose the jd power survey the next year...


seem to forget there roots all of a sudden

from farm utlity vehicles ....renowned for longevity and hard work.

to rally cars again proven and tough..


to typical maindealer , !!!!

its no good sugesting anything negative, no matter how true!!, SN is in Im,s pocket and any neg threads get pulled..

Scoobynet is not in im,s controlthey just protect themselves from legal action.

As to 24hr test drives not all dealers are taking part i had to travel over 70 miles from suffolk to days in chelmsford essex to take one as colchester didnt want to know, there order placed with days with a good price as well better than colchester.And excellent service yet again
