It's gone to a good home
I must say the Subaru experience is certainly a step up from my Lexus lol.
The only thing that worries me is having a car like this and not being mechanically minded at all.
For instance, on the Blitz turbo timer i have, Craig said it had a few other functions but he only used it for the turbo timer. When the cars running the timer displays numbers that go up and down (-6.5 - 7.5 for a rough example) - would anyone be so kind to explain what this is/does? lol, is it anything to do with boost? Should i be controlling the boost or just leave it as it is?
Colin - is there anywhere decent you'd recommend in the Beds area (or surrounding areas) to leave the scoob in trustworthy hands with for performance mods and suchlike?
Many thanks for your time and sorry for hi-jacking the thread, i just thought it'd be appropriate as we're on the subject of the same car

I was also talking to Craig about dump valves and Scoobs, he advised me well against it saying they caused problems etc. Why is this? Or is their a certain d/v for specific models etc?
Thanks again,
Craig.

Craig W- Apparently dump valves are regarded as a "down grade" from the std set up on a scooby, which -according to the specialists I've spoken to- is very good indeed. They may not necessarily cause problems, but they might make them more likely and -at the vey least- not work as efficiently as the std set up.
Have a word with a few more specialists.
