Ive seen one at a dealers for 15k
a bit too much if you ask me (41k or so on the clock)
Also what version is it (WR or normal?)
WR having 250bhp, normal having 215bhp (the dials should give it away plus it will have a PPP cert).
If bought from a subaru dealer you will (or should) get a 1 yr warranty, that should cover most things, and as for price (model dependent) around 12.5-14k, PPP WR version being nearer the 14k mark.
What to look for?
Full Subaru Service History is essential, ensure the cambelt has been done at 3yr/45k interval, and as this car is coming up to 6 years old (well 5 and a little) your going to have an expensive 6 year/90k service due (but dont worry about that until nearer the time, if you get the car just enjoy it )
Clutches can judder a little when cold, it should go away quite quickly though (within a mile) if not you may have to replace the clutch.
You need to do all the basic checks though, check the likes of the wheels for curbing, then check the tyres for uneven wear.....
The list is quite endless, check for white smoke or blue smoke on overrun (white = naff turbo, blue = burning oil)
Maf sensors can cause problems, uneven idling is a givaway sign, and when i mean uneven i mean changing 200 rpm or so.
