There are several options - like anything.
Easy ways:
Big setup fees/low percentages
Low setup fees/large percentages.
Or the harder way is to make your own gallery and set up either a shopping cart system or custom payment system.
I'll have a look for the web links if you want to go for the easy way

Sounds to me like you just need to upload your pics to the FTP site that your ISP normally provides and link to that. Most dial-up and broadband services include a certain amount of web hosting space for exactly this purpose, so upload your pics there and include them with a link like:
[ img ] http://www.myisp.co.uk/myuserid/photo.jpg [ /img ]
