Default STi bonnet stone chip/dents!

Hi

I've had my WR1 for about 4 months & have had 2 big stone chips. However, I assume because of the alloy bonnet, the impact location has also dented the bonnet. Can this sort of thing be sorted by Dentmaster type people?

I asked this and was told it can't be.

Chips-away can make it look better but as the bonnet is flat not vertical it will show a colour difference. Not so easy to hide touch up on horizontal surfaces.

I'd leave it until you sell, or re-spray and armourfend?

Yes I have done it, it's good stuff.

It's very tricky to get small dents out the bonnet, it's sometimes possible but you would really need to get someone to have a look.

I've tried a few places now, call out types, but then I drove 80 miles to little knocks and have been going there ever since.
