I've had this happen to me while my car was parked in Leeds.

I'd also like to ask, what if the people responsible for this where caught (long, long shot I know!) what would happen to them? I doubt very little! Mine where taken from a road with a number of flats over looking the car, houses nearby and parked under a streetlight just yards from somebodys house. These people must have no fear or don't care about getting caught.
