Default 04 WRX Value.

Any idea what my car would be worth to sell ? Its an April 04 WRX four door in silver with 22k on the clock. It is immaculate and has one more free service ( 30k ) left. It is a UK car, and I have owned it from new.

Thanks in advance.

As a private sale I would say around the 15 - 16k, prob £16,495 with scope to come down a bit.

As a trade in prob £14.5k.

Hope that helps.

I would have thought less than 15k, especially as above average miles. New UK ones were available for 18k ish with 3 years free servicing, and there is an updated 05 model.

A 53 reg black UK WRX when through Nottingham BCA Car Auction last week for £12800 Provisional (25k miles, mint condition, full service history)

Not quite as bad as Mondeos - there were loads of 04 plate TDCIs going for £9400 upwards. I bought a Focus Zetec 2004, Metallic, Climate Pack etc. for £7150 (list price £14000+). Must admit I was tempted to bid for the Scoob instead!

Is this off ebay mate or car auction?

Does the price on Scoobs stablise after two years or so?

Looking back I swore I was never gona buy new because of the depreciation but was in a dilema... needed to get shut of my smoking MR2... wanted 4wheel drive performance....disliked the buyeyed shape scoob. I eventually found a dealer that was willing to give me 4k for a vehicle that was only worth 2k on their books. Naturally I bit their hands off and never looked back since.

This is a car that every enthusiast about speed should sample at some stag in their life.

and they were only 18.5k new if you haggled

i'd say if u could only lose 2k for 22,000 miles you were doing very well

This was from British Car Auctions Nottingham. It was in the Dealer Direct section. To be fair, it may not have sold, it was a provisional sale (didn't meet reserve). Having said that, the car I bought was provisional and I got it for the hammer price.
