does Link = better MPG
Hi Folks,
As I am currently struggling about the 20mpg mark I need to improve this ( even thought about buying a £500 40mpg run about to commute in !!) Will the link help, will it give me extra power and stop it running so rich ??
Why do we seem to struggle around 20 mpg when escort cossies seem to get 30 mpg ??

Tal,
The Scoobs seem to vary enormously, regardless of how heavy your right foot is. A good remap will improve economy, in theory, and the long term, but only after you stop enjoying the new found performance.
If you are only getting 20mpg now, it's HIGHLY UNLIKELY that it will improve to 30mpg, but my STi now averages 22/23, as against 16mpg before the Possum !!!!. I'm happy.
