rolling road done any idea on performance

Default rolling road done any idea on performance

hi all

just got back from power engineering rolling rd got 313 bhp and 331lb/ft of torque was very impressed

this is on an sti v5 any idea on times this would run at santa pod quarter mile low 13's i guess ?

I think it depends on how you drive it, launch it, gear changes, kill the clutch, ring its neck etc etc..........just how long is that piece of string???

hks filter

magnex full decat

uprated fuel and oil pump

fuel acutator

thats it

running 1.2 bar boost

A good result then,

mine's running pretty much the same mods as yours plus
Apexi Avc-r boost controller
Apexi Power FC ecu
Hybrid FMIC
ported headers

hoping for 330bhp and 300 + lb/ft

being mapped on Sunday 10th

Can't wait !

Thought I maybe hoping for too much thinking I could get my TD04 to that sort of figure, it has been mentioned the maximum I should get from it would be about 280ish

the most i've had out of my TD04 so far is 278, it gets bloody hot thou'.

Yeh 280 is the maximum for the TD04, thought it was what I had on mine, but I've been informed I've got a TD05 capable of about 350.

Ninnybobs (tyne Tees Scoobies) has 360 Plus out of his TD05 on his Bugeye

I guess the Map was done by Bob "guru" Rawle..... seems to have got the STi5 well and truly sorted (he still has one AFAIK). Bob sprinkled 325 BHP of fun dust on my bugeye but I still keep an eye on the "for sale" section in case he decides to let his classic go

bob certainly knows his stuff the torque is amazing

i was gonna buy a myo3 sti type uk with ppp but after driving this saved the cash and just got this classic
