Any-one have the ''Real'' sats for the bug eye wrx??
After looking at the stats for the bug eye:
0-60
0-100
30-70
from numerous sites it seems that not one has the same figures.
Anyone clear this up for me.....

If you are prepared to totally rag it the MY01 will hit 60 in 5.9/6.0, qtr mile in around 15 and 100 in around 16. You have to remember even in ideal conditions if your not optimal on the initial launch (not using max revs, feeding the clutch not dump it, worn tyres, crap tarmac, you can add 0.5 to 1 sec, a fluffed gear change is also around 0.5 sec. If you **** the launch you 60 time can drop into the seven's. Braking is 120ft from 60mph, not sure distance from hundred but time is about 4.5secs

If by the uk2000 you mean the MY00 then yes - significantly quicker than the MY01. Particularly in the 60 to 100 range where you are looking at 2 -3 secs quicker. The MY00 would hit 98mph in 400 metres from a stand still and about 14.5 secs. In terms of straight line the MY99/00 (cosmetic changes only) are only a few tenths slower than MY04 STI UK. From the bug eye onwards the car put on 195kilo's and gained a performance sapping extra cat.
Not only that the MY01 was remapped and regeared to try to move it upmarket - together with the headlight design - a change that nearly killed it off completely.

The bugeye uses the same gear ratio's that the classic turbo's used, they did remap the car though to make it smoother and have lower down power delivery and torque, but weight was its biggest killer. They were not as slow as alot of people make them out to be though, they could do 0-100 in 15.5 seconds, around 14.9 for a PPP'd car, not quite as quick as a classic but more refined.

These specs the same for JDM any chance?
I have a MY01 and have a 0-62 time of 5.11 secs (not the best i know).
Prova Product of Nurburgring ECU has helped this out.
I would like 0-60 times of 4.5 or something like that and hopefully TSL can deliver me the power to do this soon!!
